You may remove your profile from our database at any time. However, employers and recruiters with whom you have applied for jobs may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or database. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances.

As a result, We are not responsible for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of Partners to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. While We reserve the right to remove User Content, job postings, resumes or other material from Our Website from time to time, We do not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.

Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact through Our Website.   1. a. Falsely states, impersonates or otherwise misrepresents your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym, or misrepresenting your current or previous positions and qualifications, or your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present;
  2. b. Is unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
  3. c. Adds to a content field content that is not intended for such field (i.e. submitting a telephone number in the "title" or any other field, or including telephone numbers, email addresses, street addresses or any personally identifiable information for which there is not a field provided by us);
